Creator and Redeemer,
your love sustains our every breath:
let us use that breath to proclaim your tender compassion,
testifying to the world of your mercy, presence, and care.
Illumine our hearts by your wisdom and grace,
and burnish our souls by your healing touch, Lord Christ,
that we may walk in paths of kindness,
joyfully working for the reconciliation of all people.
Blessed Savior, may we ever proclaim and enact
the peace that you offered us
as you commanded us to love one another:
by this we will be your disciples,
believing, blessing, and healing
for the love of all the Earth.
Let all we do be grounded in your gospel, Precious Lord,
that we may come to day's end
in peace and gratitude.
Gather within your embrace
all who call upon You, Lord Christ,
especially those we now name.
