O Lord Christ, draw us into your embrace, as chicks drawn up against their mother. We rest within the embrace of Love Incarnate, and lift our faces to the light of your radiance. Make of us a Resurrection people, that our alleluias may ring out to the corners of the Earth. May we treasure the Good News as our anchor and our rock, and persevere in love and faithfulness to each other in your Name. Shield the joyous and tend those who mourn, Lord Christ, and bring us within the circle of your abiding love as we pray.
