2331(Paris, day 8) June 17
God Above Us,
God Beside Us,
God Within Us,
we awaken in awe and wonder
at the worlds your hands have made.

Strengthen us in discipleship, O Holy One,
in compassion, mutuality, and justice,
that we may seek the common good
and resist evil always.

Enlighten us by your gospel,
and open our hearts by your wisdom, Lord Christ,
that we may draw those we meet toward you
by living our lives walking in your grace and hope.

Bless the paths we take this day, O Lord,
and by your Holy Spirit guard and protect
all those who call upon You.
Bend near in tenderness
to all who suffer pain or sorrow,
O God of Everlasting Mercy,
and grant your peace to those for whom we pray.
