Blessed are You,
O Holy One, Blessed Trinity,
our Protector and our Hope.
We give thanks for the day before us,
for your guiding hand upon our heads.
May we prepare the ground of our hearts,
that your Word may flourish within them,
O God of Mercy and Truth,
that we may bear good fruit
that nourishes others in joy and abundant praise.
May we walk in the tender compassion of our God,
and bear the gospel of reconciliation
into all the wounded places we find.
Lord, we put our trust in you:
bless and keep us as your children,
and grant your peace and healing
upon those for whom we pray.
Amen.
