Come, Blessed Jesus,
and set your light within us,
that we may always give you thanks and praise!
Restore and revive us,
heart and soul,
that we may be led into paths of wisdom
in imitation of You, Lord Christ.
Let us dedicate ouselves today
to drawing nearer to You, Lord,
filled with a Spirit of Justice and Compassion.
Make us fully present to those we meet,
that we may love and serve You, O God,
by serving and loving each other as your beloveds.
Bind up the wounds of the anxious and aching,
and grant rest to the weary,
we humbly pray.
Merciful One, You know our needs before we ask:
pour out your grace
upon those who call upon You
and those who seek a deeper knowledge of You.
Amen.
