we hear your call to come into your courts,
and we arise with joy to worship You.
Send us into your fields as your children, O God,
that we may with joy take up the work you have set before us.
We ask your blessing, Lord,
on all those suffering or in danger,
that You give us the will to help and heal as we can.
We pray especially for these needs and concerns on our hearts today.
