Happy are those who worship the Lord, whose light comes into the world! Happy are those whose joy is centered in the community of God, and whose spirits are filled with fellowship and grace!
May the love of Christ envelop us as we await his coming to share in our existence and reign in our hearts. Make us ever mindful of the unceasing love, benevolence and generosity we receive, the greatest gift of all. O God, guide us and guard us in all we do, that we may bring joy and comfort to those we encounter.
Cast the mantle of your mercy and compassion upon those whom we now name.
