Holy One of Blessing,
we worship You and give You thanks,
praising your sustaining hand
that has upheld us as we slept.
Let us awaken the dawn with our gratitude
for all that You have made, O Creator,
and all still coming into being
as You work within our hearts.
Lord Jesus, send us out
to bring healing to the suffering
and good news to the oppressed,
that the kingdom of heaven is now
and waiting upon us to enact it
with love and integrity.
By the power of your Spirit,
unite us in faithfulness and loving-kindness,
in welcoming all
to the table of your abundant grace,
that we may live what we profess.
Grant your blessing,
O God of Mercy,
upon all who seek You,
and all who turn to you for aid.
Amen.
