Beloved Savior,
we gather in your courts to praise and bless you:
bend near to hear our prayer.
Help us to break the chains
of all that divides us from one another, Lord Christ,
and help us to set ourselves
within your path of healing, reconciliation, and peace.
Help us center our hearts
alongside all who are chained or oppressed,
standing alongside each other in justice and hope.
Our souls thirst for you, O God:
pour out your Spirit upon us,
and grant your peace to those for whom we pray.
