| The glory of God's creation is al around us. |
Blessed Redeemer,
Ground of All That Is,
Creator, Comforter:
hear our humble prayer
as we bow before You in awe.
Forgive us, Lord,
our heedlessness,
our contempt for this good earth and all its inhabitants,
our vengefulness.
Make us faithful to walk in your ways, Lord Jesus:
to persevere,
to heal,
to love each other and God.
By the power of the Holy Spirit,
may our hearts be filled with your grace,
O God,
to pour out reconciliation in the world.
In your mercy, O Holy One,
enfold us within your embrace,
and grant your peace to all.
