Most Merciful One,
we open our eyes under your watchful gaze,
and ask your blessing to rest upon us as we praise You.
Cast the mantle of your compassionate wisdom
over us as a blessing, O God,
and invite us deeper into your Truth.
May Christ be at play in our hearts today,
that our joy may be complete
as we proclaim our fellowship with all creation.
Strengthen us in discipleship
and mold our wills to seek your glory
that all our actions may sing out your Name.
Hold us in the hollow of your heart, Lord Christ,
and let your compassionate gaze
rest ever upon those who seek you as we pray.
