Almighty God, accept our prayers and praises for your bountiful gifts as we turn our hearts to the glory of this day. The heavens are telling the glory of God, and the spring breeze adds its whispered "Alleluia!" Our eyes are filled with your glorious creation, and our hearts are made glad as a lark on the wing: thanks be to God!
Prosper the works of our hands, O Holy One, that we may join in the work of your kingdom with joyful, open hearts. Bring us to new unity in Christ, that all may know that we are Christians by our loving faithfulness. Envelop all those who call to You, O Holy One, with your Spirit of Comfort and Healing, that they may be refreshed and renewed.
Place your blessing especially on those whose cares we lay before You, we pray.
