Blessed Savior, we praise you for the glory of this new day, and for all the blessings you have showered upon us. Watch over those beset by storms from within and without, and keep them safe, gathered within your embrace, O God. Send your Spirit of Truth, O Eternal One, to guide us in right pathways, that we may be joyful disciples and healing hands to those who are hurting today. Give us wisdom to acknowledge our faults and our failures, and resolve to love each other rather than use each other. Fill our hearts with your presence, Lord Christ, that we forgive as we hope to be forgiven and love as we hope to be loved. Almighty One, stretch out your healing hand over us, and remember especially those we now name.
