With humble and penitent hearts we come before our Creator, and lay our offerings at the feet of the Almighty.
Take all the we are, O Holy One, and hallow and consecrate our intentions, that we take up the banner of hope.
Lift us up, O God Almighty: raise us above the fear and doubt that divides us, and strengthen us in our work as disciples.
Dwell in us, O Son of God: with outstretched arms may we open ourselves to each other just as you embraced us on the cross. Breathe on us, Breath of God: breathe your Spirit into us, that we may be animated by wisdom and compassion.
Merciful One, we bend the knee of our hearts before You: look with fvor on those for whom we pray.
Amen.
