Almighty God, our souls rest in silence and joyful expectation for the coming of our Savior, and we sing a song of praise to You.
Your Word, O Lord, is a lamp unto our feet, your pathways are broad highways in the wilderness. Make of us a priestly people, serving others in the need, building up altars everywhere, that all may know Your saving Love. Kindle within us a holy fire to do your will, and make us beacons of hope for those who seek the Way of Life and Light.
Extend the shadow of your wings to all those who cry unto you, in joy or in anxiety.
