Holy One, you made us to care for each other. We thank you for the gifts You have nurtured in those who tend to the sick, for inculcating the desire and talents of doctors and nurses to bring about healing and relief of suffering. We call upon you and bless you, Love Unending, and ask that you uplift in particular those who care for your children who fight against illness. Inspire the skilled hands and heart of doctors and nurses; spread your sheltering wings over parents and loved ones who wait for word; and envelop the sick with your tender mercy and care, all for Your Name's sake.
